President: Daniel Möllerhenn Daniel is a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. He started in the firm’s German & Swiss office system in 2007 and has gained broad experience since then. Daniel worked on assignments in organisational improvement, transformation, growth and IT strategy and project management, as well as performance and procurement improvement in Germany and abroad. His experience covers the financial services (banking, insurance, and asset management), telecommunications and oil & gas sector. Daniel enjoys many types of sports, especially soccer and skiing. He plans to develop skills in cricket and surfing whilst in Australia. He likes to eat out and to cook. After his MBA, Daniel will return to Bain & Company in a senior role.

Vice President (Collaboration & Knowledge Management): Tarun Choudhary Tarun is a consulting professional with a focus on energy, resources and manufacturing sectors. In his most recent role, Tarun was working with Evalueserve, a multinational firm providing custom business intelligence, research, and analytics services. Tarun’s role here focused on providing business intelligence services to strategy, marketing, and R&D departments of companies based in the US and Europe. Tarun graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi with a Bachelor in mechanical engineering. Tarun is a passionate guitarist and also enjoys playing cricket, swimming and cooking. He is also an executive committee member of the IIT-Delhi Alumni Association. Tarun plans for a career in management consulting upon completing his MBA.

Vice President (Events): Fletcher Trowse Fletcher is a registered organisational psychologist (first class honours) with over eight years commercial experience working in the change management, human capital and occupational health fields. Fletcher is experienced in using surveys, focus groups, depth interviews and psychometric tools to analyse and advise on factors affecting employee performance. Outside of work, Fletcher has a keen interest in people, culture and travel, having travelled extensively throughout Europe, South-East Asia and North America. He enjoys personal fitness, including running and swimming, and holds a Bronze Star awarded by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia. As a parochial South Australian, Fletcher favours red wine from the Barossa Valley and Coonawarra regions.

Vice President (Skills Development): Sandip Pal Sandip is a Certified Project Management Professional from PMI, USA with over eight years experience in the Offshore and Marine Construction industry in a multinational project environment. A mechanical engineer by profession, Sandip has managed large construction teams of over 400 people to deliver projects to the tune of over $100 million. Sandip has worked as Project Manager with Drydocks World Dubai, the largest shipyard in the middle-east; with Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea, the second largest shipyard in the world; and with IIT Delhi in India. Sandip loves playing cricket and soccer and likes to listen to Indian film music. He enjoys parenting his 4 year old.
