Marketing AGSM Talent

  • Interact with alumni contacts and build school brand with leading firms
  • Propagate diversity of experience and backgrounds of club membership to firms
  • Assist with the operational aspects of recruiter relationships with AGSM
  • Seek external support for sponsored case challenges - Deloitte, A T Kearney
  • Develop relationships with smaller consulting firms that do not visit our campus

Developing AGSM Talent

  • Implement key education initiatives and a development program that will provide you with the information, tools and techniques for successful recruitment as a Management Consultant.
  • Centralised repository of consulting interview cases/guides/questions
  • Resume building workshops and mock interview sessions with alumni
  • ‘Day-in-the-life’ Speaker series: Industry experts would share their wisdom on industry trends and consulting best practices.
  • ‘Alumni Insight’ event: Alumni will showcase the variety of functional areas, professional backgrounds and clients that consultants are exposed to.
  • Drop-in case sessions for members of the Consulting Club
  • Consulting Club Boot camp

Connecting AGSM Talent

  • External connections: Leverage opportunities to visit consulting firms
  • Internal connections: Host leading experts in various forums
  • ‘Nail-the-case’ workshops with alumni
